💰 Dreams of Hope compensates creative labor and has funding to provide stipends to theatriQ participants at the end of the series in December. We encourage regular attendance and participation!
theatriQ is our performance arts ensemble for Queer and Trans youth ages 13-26. This workshop series is happening from October - December where local artists are holding space to learn about, discuss, and connect to a plethora of topics pertaining to theater and performing arts.
In spring (January to May), those that join the theatriQ ensemble will not only collaboratively envision a new production from the ground up, but also translate the collective work from paper to the stage for the world to see! This devising process is supported along the way by local teaching artists.
