Our first fall theatriQ workshop is HERE! Get ready to move your bodies and connect with yourself Wednesday October 4th with local movement artist Trevor C. Miles. Trevor is a powerhouse movement artist, writer, music creator and performer hailing from and based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  In this workshop we will focus not only on solo work, but also interconnectivity. It’s Trevor’s goal to encourage students to move past and beyond their bodies. Nuanced interaction is just as big as the amplified moments. We will explore the spectrum!

What to Expect

🎭 Discover Your Unique Voice: "What do I need to say to the world? What are the ways I take space? Share space? Create space? Why is my voice important?" These questions will guide us as we move our bodies in shared space.

🕺 Unleash Your Inner Performer: express yourself authentically through movement, embracing your true self without reservation.

🌟 Embrace the Spectrum of Movement: from nuanced interaction to amplified moments, movement contains magic. Interconnectivity is present whether you prefer to dance solo, with a partner, or with an entire room.

💫 Beyond the Body: your artistry goes beyond the physical vessel, extending into the realms of emotion, thought, and storytelling.
